This is followed by the planning phase, lasting 1–2 weeks, during which we compile the training modules, financing options and the resource-risk matrix.
Implementation
During the implementation phase, scheduled training sessions, milestone reports and close cost control ensure the smooth progress of the process.
Follow-up & Impact Measurement
After project closure, we prepare a mini-audit and impact measurement report after 3–6 months, covering competence levels, on-the-job application and management feedback. The findings are summarised in a sustainability recommendation.
